Emergency preparedness: Plan for every season

Join us Sunday May 4th, 2025 from 10am – 2pm at Markham Museum for the Emergency Preparedness Week Kick-Off Celebration, featuring hands-on activities and local organizations that will help you build confidence, gain practical skills, and create a plan for any situation. Connect with TRCA, Markham Fire (including a fire prevention discussion, and a fire truck display), York University’s Disaster and Emergency Management team, the Red Cross, Emergency Management Ontario, and more!

The event is free, with exhibition entry by donation.
